Job summary

ASTEEL SDN. BHD. in Malaysia seeks a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in achieving targets. You will prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and assist in closing contracts while overseeing inventory levels to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.

You will maintain regular contact with customers to strengthen relationships and assist in planning sales meetings and strategies, with a focus on delivering after-sales support and handling feedback professionally.

• Assist in supervising and coordinating the activities of sales representatives and the sales team to achieve assigned sales targets.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and assist in closing sales contracts.
• Oversee stocking levels and inventory management to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
• Maintain regular contact with customers to build and sustain strong working relationships.
• Assist in planning and organizing periodic sales meetings, as well as developing sales strategies, tactics, sales plans, and profit targets.
• Provide after-sales support and handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
