Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of related working experience, ideally in Branch Customer Service, Mortgage Direct Sales or Wealth Management Relationship roles.
• Strong people management and leadership skills with ability to train a team to achieve sales targets and service standards.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and planning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive relationships with customers, prospects and business partners through networking and strategic planning.
• Lead and develop branch staff; coach and guide to improve competencies and achieve sales targets.
• Ensure customer satisfaction, compliance with guidelines, and effective risk management in daily operations.
• Uphold branch audit standards and maintain a professional image to customers and community.
