Job summary

Multiplier is seeking a Customer Success Manager to manage named accounts and help them expand internationally, growing revenue with our global HR tech platform.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations and Engineering to ensure adoption, retention and exceptional customer experience. A customer-obsessed mindset, Mandarin proficiency, and strong communication are essential in our fast-growing remote-ready environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a Customer Success/Account Management role
• Preferably based in Malaysia or APAC.
• Able to speak business level Mandarin.
• Experience working remotely is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with named accounts and drive adoption.
• Actively monitor product adoption and share best practices to boost engagement.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Operations and Engineering to deliver the best customer experience and drive growth.
• Be the voice of customers to the Product team and help shape the roadmap.
• Understand customer needs across industries and design solutions to meet them.
• Identify growth opportunities within your portfolio.
