Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to own the regional GTM for a MarTech email marketing tool. You will partner with Sales to drive adoption and revenue, and spend significant time with customers to close deals.

You will become the regional go-to for product knowledge, feeding market insights to HQ to shape roadmap and commercial initiatives. Fluent English is essential, with regional travel expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B product sales or GTM roles.
• Proven target achievement in enterprise and commercial segments.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with HQ and Sales.

Responsibilities

• Build regional GTM plans and own product targets.
• Provide sales enablement, training, and deal support with Sales.
• Engage customers to drive adoption and upsell.
• Maintain product knowledge and competitive intelligence.
• Gather market feedback and inform roadmap with HQ.
• Collaborate with HQ Marketing to align strategy.
• Track pipeline metrics and adjust plans for impact.
