Job summary

Businesslist is seeking a Customer Success Manager (Lead) to drive customer outcomes post-sale in the Malaysia market. You will act as a trusted advisor, map customer requirements to tailored solutions, and collaborate with sales, technical teams, and partners to support engagements.

You will lead PoC/PoV initiatives, provide technical guidance, and manage multiple opportunities while ensuring successful delivery and ongoing customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success or account management in Technology & Telecoms industries.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client portfolios and meet sales targets.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving to address client needs.
• Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong software industry background with technical knowledge.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working across cross-functional teams and managing customer relationships.
• Knowledge of business analytics and SQL.
• Ability to scope and design solutions aligned with customer requirements.
• Strong presentation, communication, and influencing skills.
• Mandarin language proficiency is required to support customer communications.
