Job summary

A Cuts Hair & Beauty Care Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to warmly greet clients, manage spa bookings, and handle inquiries at Eco Botanic 2. You will coordinate with therapists and support daily operations, ensuring a smooth and welcoming reception experience.

Excellent English and Malay communication, a friendly and presentable demeanor, and the ability to multitask are essential. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and working hours are 10:00AM – 7:00PM.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Malay; customer-service oriented.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a warm and professional manner.
• Manage appointments, bookings, rescheduling, and customer enquiries.
• Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and other customer communications.
• Explain spa treatments, packages, promotions, and services to customers.
• Process payments and assist with daily front desk transactions.
• Maintain customer records and ensure reception area is clean and organized.
• Coordinate with therapists and support smooth daily spa operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customers have a pleasant experience.
