Job summary

SummitNext Technologies Sdn Bhd is expanding and seeks a Customer Service Executive (Malay English) to provide support in the logistics sector. You will handle inquiries by calls and emails, resolve complaints, and document issues according to SOP.

The role is in-office, full-time with a 5-day week, starting base salary of RM 2,000 and KPI-based extra pay up to RM 250 per month. EPF, Socso, and maternity leave are provided.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English and Malay (written and spoken).
• 1–2 years of BPO experience preferred.
• Customer-oriented mindset with good interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in office software and computer operation.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via calls, emails, and other tools.
• Resolve complaints to achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Record and submit complaints using internal SOP.
