Responsibilities

• Carry targets for CASA and FD Book growth and cross-sell PL, Credit Cards, and portfolio products.
• Learn and use tablets/ devices for customer service and cross selling.
• Assist in contacting customers for service or sales interactions.
• Process transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold branch code of conduct.
