Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing banking or financial services preferred.
• Ability to handle cash, reconcile transactions, and maintain accuracy.
• Strong cross-selling and upselling mindset with service focus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and professional presentation.
• High integrity and accountability in handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to walk-in customers and contribute to CSAT targets.
• Meet product targets for CASA, FD Book growth, account opening, and cross-selling.
• Learn and use banking devices for customer service and cross-selling.
• Manage Meeter-Greeter/Navigator duties on rotation and support service interactions.
• Perform branch transactions (deposits, withdrawals, remittances) accurately and timely.
• Balance cash and manage end-of-day cash handling for the branch.
• Adhere to SOPs and bank policies; support digital transformation initiatives.
• Represent the branch in community relationships and assistBranch Manager as needed.
