Job summary

Qualifications

• Malaysian citizen; fresh graduates or candidates with relevant experience welcome.
• Experience in financial institution or related field preferred.
• Customer interaction, cash handling and sales experience advantageous.
• Basic banking knowledge and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to walk-in customers and assist with product cross-selling (CASA, FD, credit cards).
• Carry out transactions (deposits, withdrawals, remittances) accurately and on time.
• Assist in using devices for customer service and sales; maintain confidentiality of customer information.
