Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to walk-in customers and contribute to CSAT scores.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, remittances and other transactions accurately.
• Promote bank products (CASA, FD, credit cards, cross-selling) based on customer needs.
