Job summary

Hong Leong Bank in Malaysia seeks energetic team members for Sales & Service and Operations at our Johor Bahru branches. You will provide superior customer service to walk-in customers and contribute to CSAT scores while actively cross-selling CASA, FD, cards, and other products.

Responsibilities include processing deposits/withdrawals, cash balancing, and maintaining confidentiality. Fresh graduates are welcome; strong integrity and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred in retail or banking.
• Fresh graduates welcome; relevant experience a plus.
• Malaysian citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to walk-in customers and contribute to CSAT scores.
• Carry clear targets for products including CASA, FD Book growth and cross-selling of PL and Credit Cards.
• Learn and use I-Pads/other devices for customer service and cross selling.
• Assist in calling customers for service/sales interactions.
• Carry out branch RCSA through sample checking and rectification as applicable.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, remittances and other products accurately and timely.
• Over-ride transactions per Bank limits and balance end-of-day cash.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional appearance; attend trainings.
