Job summary

Hong Leong Bank Berhad, Malaysia, is seeking energetic individuals for Sales & Service and Operations roles in our branches. You will deliver superior customer service to walk-in customers, drive CASA and FD growth, and support cross-selling of credit cards and banking products.

You will handle deposits, withdrawals, remittances, cash balancing, and ensure compliance with conduct and risk guidelines, while maintaining confidentiality and professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant work experience are welcome to apply.
• Experience in financial institution or related field preferred.
• Customer interaction / cash handling / transaction processing / sales experience considered a plus.
• Basic banking knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to walk-in customers and contribute to CSAT scores and Mystery Shopping results.
• Carry clear targets for products – CASA, FD, cross selling of PL, Credit Cards, Portfolio Sales and ASBF Funding.
• Learn and use I-Pads/other devices for customer service and cross selling.
• Assist in calling customers for service/sales interactions.
