Job summary

Hong Leong Bank is seeking a branch-based Customer Service & Operations Associate in Malaysia. You will deliver exceptional service to customers, handle cash transactions with accuracy, and support sales of banking products such as CASA, FD, and credit cards.

The role involves following SOPs, assisting in digital transformation initiatives, and working closely with the Branch Manager to meet service and sales targets. A degree or diploma is required, with banking experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree or Diploma required.
• Experience: Related banking/financial experience preferred.
• Skills: Strong customer service, cash handling, and cross-selling ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to walk-in customers and contribute to CSAT scores.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and other banking transactions accurately.
• Promote product sales (CASA, FD, cards, loans, digital services) and assist in cross-selling.
• Learn and use banking devices and systems for service and sales.
• Assist in branch operations and adhere to SOPs and ethics.
