Responsabilités

• Provide superior customer service to walk-in customers and contribute to CSAT scores.
• Carry targets for product growth and account openings; cross-sell of PL, Credit Cards, and other products.
• Learn and use devices for customer service and cross selling; rotate as needed.
• Assist in branch operations, including cash handling and end-of-day balancing.
• Support digital transformation initiatives and maintain compliance with SOPs.
