Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to walk-in customers and achieve CSAT targets.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, remittances and other transactions accurately.
• Assist in cross selling/planning products like CASA and credit cards as applicable.
• Maintain branch accuracy, confidentiality and professional appearance.
• Participate in training and comply with conduct guidelines.
