Hong Leong Bank Berhad in Malaysia is hiring at its branch network. The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, handling cash transactions, and meeting sales targets for CASA, FD, cards, and other products.

The successful candidate will participate in digital transformation initiatives, maintain accurate records, comply with SOPs, and support team objectives. Degree or diploma required with relevant banking experience; strong integrity and communication skills preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma holder as a minimum qualification.
• Related working experience in a financial institution or related field.
• Customer interaction, cash handling, transaction processing and sales experience.
• Basic banking knowledge and high integrity.

Responsabilités

• Provide superior customer service to walk-in customers and contribute to CSAT scores.
• Carry clear targets for CASA and FD Book growth and cross-sell of products.
• Learn and use I-Pads or devices for customer service and cross selling.
• Carry out branch operations including deposits, withdrawals and remittances.
• Balance end-of-day cash and manage cash holdings as applicable.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and Code of Conduct & Ethics.
• Support in community relationships and assist the Branch Manager.
