Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma holder as a minimum qualification.
• Related working experience in a financial institution or related field.
• Customer interaction, cash handling, transaction processing and sales experience.
• Basic banking knowledge and high integrity.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to walk-in customers and contribute to CSAT scores.
• Carry clear targets for CASA and FD Book growth and cross-sell of products.
• Learn and use I-Pads or devices for customer service and cross selling.
• Carry out branch operations including deposits, withdrawals and remittances.
• Balance end-of-day cash and manage cash holdings as applicable.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and Code of Conduct & Ethics.
• Support in community relationships and assist the Branch Manager.
