Job summary

RFS Hydraulics Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive sales within the Bangsar area. The role involves daily calls and face-to-face meetings, building strong client relationships, and maintaining lead and account records.

You will educate customers on product benefits, sell solutions in the designated territory, monitor market conditions, and collaborate with Marketing to reach sales targets. Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Studies or equivalent.
• Candidates with extensive experience in sales or customer service are preferred.
• Must be client oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to generate revenue by identifying opportunities and offering suitable products or services.

Responsibilities

• Travel within sales territory to meet prospects and customers.
• Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with customers daily.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers.
• Maintain records of all sales leads and customer accounts.
• Educate customers on product/service benefits.
• Sell company products/services in the assigned territory.
• Monitor competitors, new products and market conditions to understand customer needs.
• Collaborate with Marketing to build the brand and achieve sales targets.
