Job summary

Pan Malaysian Sweeps Sdn Bhd is seeking an Area Executive (Sales & Business Development) to drive growth across Kuala Lumpur & Selangor. This on-site, field-based role requires regular visits to agents, outlets and partners to expand market reach and strengthen relationships.

You will work with agents and businesses to achieve targets, recruit partners, and execute promotions while monitoring trends and reporting territory performance. Fluency in Mandarin is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree qualification.
• Fresh graduates with strong interest in sales encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Willingness to travel within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Recruit and develop new agents, outlets and business partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, agents and business partners.
• Execute sales and promotional initiatives within the assigned territory.
• Conduct regular field visits to support agents and sales outlets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and business opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports and provide updates on territory performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective sales execution.
