Job summary

Rentalworks is seeking a driven B2B Technology Sales Manager to own a designated territory near i-City with a hybrid work arrangement. You will hunt for net-new corporate and SME accounts, building a robust pipeline and closing multi-year DaaS and IT lifecycle solutions.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in B2B tech sales or managed services, a proven track record of meeting quotas, and strong negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven success in B2B Technology Sales, Managed Services, or IT Hardware.
• A true hunter mentality with a verifiable history of meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to negotiate profitable, multi-year service agreements.

Responsibilities

• Territory Mapping & Hunting: identify high-potential corporate clients and build a high-converting pipeline.
• Value-Based Pitching: deliver ROI and sustainability impact for DaaS and IT lifecycle solutions.
• Deal Execution: prepare business cases, proposals, and bids with cross-functional teams to win deals.
• Market Intelligence: feed market trends and competitor insights back to leadership.
