Job summary

Rentalworks is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive in Shah Alam to drive DaaS and MPS sales. You will identify opportunities, conduct cold outreach, and present tailored proposals to prospective clients.

Travel to client sites is encouraged, and you will collaborate with the technical team to deliver proposals and SLAs. A Diploma or Degree in a related field and 1–3 years of B2B sales are preferred, with comprehensive product training provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• 1–3 years of B2B sales experience; fresh graduates with passion for tech sales welcome.
• Highly motivated, resilient, and target-driven with strong quota achievement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for quick rapport.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively for client site visits.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities among SMEs and mid-market firms.
• Conduct cold outreach, networking, and follow-ups to build a sales pipeline.
• Schedule discovery meetings and product presentations for prospective clients.
• Prepare tailored proposals, quotes, and SLAs with the technical team.
• Ensure smooth handover of closed deals to Account Management and Operations.
• Maintain CRM records and assist in sales forecasting.
