Job summary

ITWin in Malaysia is seeking a driven sales professional to grow our corporate customer base and help organisations adopt the right cloud, networking, cybersecurity and infrastructure solutions. The appointment level, Executive or Manager, will be matched to your experience and track record.

You will own the sales cycle from prospecting and need discovery to proposal, negotiation and closing, while collaborating with solution and technical teams to tailor proposals for customer needs.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Engineering or related field preferred.
• Experience in corporate or IT solutions sales; Manager level for stronger experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, relationship-building and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new corporate accounts and expand opportunities within existing customers.
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with customers, technology partners and internal teams.
• Own the sales cycle from prospecting and need discovery to proposal, negotiation and closing.
• Work with solution and technical teams to develop tailored proposals for cloud, networking, cybersecurity and infrastructure requirements.
• Coordinate commercial activities for quotations, tenders, presentations and contract negotiations.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, follow-up plan and forecast against agreed business targets.
• Support a smooth customer experience from order confirmation through delivery, installation and handover.
