Job summary

CIR SOLAR SDN BHD in Malaysia is seeking an energetic sales professional to develop new business opportunities in Commercial & Industrial sectors. You will meet clients, conduct site visits, understand energy requirements and propose Solar PV & BESS solutions to meet their needs.

You will drive targets with an attractive, uncapped commission scheme, manage proposals and tender submissions, coordinate with engineering and operations, and build long-term relationships while traveling to client

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of sales experience (B2B preferred).
• Experience in solar/engineering/construction industry is an advantage.
• Willing to travel and possess own transport.
• Good command of English; Bahasa Malaysia/Mandarin an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities (Commercial & Industrial clients).
• Meet clients, conduct site visits & understand energy requirements.
• Propose Solar PV & BESS solutions based on client needs.
• Achieve sales targets by promoting company products and solutions.
• Follow up on client down payments and ensure smooth deal closure.
• Provide after-sales service, including courtesy calls and site visits.
• Manage proposal timelines, tender submissions & coordination.
• Work closely with internal engineering & operations teams.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Monitor market trends, competitors & government policies.
