Job summary

Sinergia Talents is expanding its sales team in Malaysia to promote residential and commercial solar PV solutions. You will identify new business opportunities, conduct site visits, and tailor proposals with financial savings analyses to help clients reduce electricity costs and carbon footprint.

The role involves presenting solar proposals, explaining government incentives like ATAP, managing the full sales cycle, and coordinating with engineers to ensure accurate system design and delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in Marketing, Business or related field.
• 1–3 years' experience in sales, preferably in solar/energy/construction.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for residential and commercial solar PV projects.
• Conduct site visits, consultations and energy assessments to propose solar solutions.
• Prepare and present solar proposals, quotations and financial savings analysis to clients.
• Explain government incentives such as ATAP and other solar programs.
• Follow up with leads and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
• Collaborate with engineering/technical teams for accurate system design and project delivery.
• Maintain relationships with clients, developers, and corporate customers.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth in renewable energy.
