Job summary

Pathgreen Energy in Malaysia is seeking a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to join our growing Solar PV team. You will be responsible for developing new business, managing customer relationships, presenting Solar PV solutions, and achieving sales targets.

You will identify opportunities, manage leads, conduct meetings, and close deals while building lasting partnerships. The role involves travel for customer meetings and site visits, with an uncapped commission scheme and KPI-based

Qualifications

• Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, digital channels, and other business development activities.
• Manage leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Solar PV solutions.
• Conduct customer meetings, site visits, sales presentations, and product briefings.
• Prepare and present proposals and quotations to customers.
• Handle customer enquiries, objections, negotiations, and follow-ups to close sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
• Maintain accurate sales records, quotations, and customer information in the CRM system.
• Participate in exhibitions, roadshows, company events, and other sales activities when required.
• Achieve assigned sales and cash collection targets.
• KPI Allowance: Up to RM3,500/month, based on cash collection performance
• Attractive Sales Commission Scheme
