Job summary
CIR SOLAR SDN BHD in Selangor is seeking a target-driven Sales Executive to develop new business opportunities in the Commercial & Industrial sector, focusing on Solar PV and energy storage solutions. You will meet clients, conduct site visits, propose tailored systems, and drive revenue through an effective commission scheme.
Candidates should have 2-5 years B2B sales experience, willingness to travel with own transport, and good English; Bahasa Malaysia/Mandarin a plus.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of sales experience (B2B preferred)
- Experience in solar / engineering / construction industry is an advantage
- Target-driven, proactive and self-motivated personality
- Comfortable handling technical solutions
- Willing to travel and possess own transport
- Good command of English (Bahasa Malaysia / Mandarin is an advantage)
- Candidates with short notice availability will be prioritized
Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities (Commercial & Industrial clients)
- Meet clients, conduct site visits & understand energy requirements
- Propose Solar PV & BESS solutions based on client needs
- Achieve sales targets by promoting company products and solutions
- Follow up on client down payments and ensure smooth deal closure
- Provide after-sales service, including courtesy calls and site visits
- Manage proposal timelines, tender submissions & coordination
- Work closely with internal engineering & operations teams
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Monitor market trends, competitors & government policies
