PERSOL Malaysia is seeking a Sales Executive - B2B, welcoming fresh graduates or those with no sales background who want to start a career in B2B sales for industrial machinery and related parts. The role mainly involves visiting clients at factories or offices, negotiating deals, and building lasting relationships.

The position requires engaging with customers on the full sales cycle, providing technical support, and occasionally traveling for business trips.

Competenze

• Fresh graduate welcome / any industry working experience will be good too
• Willingness to travel for this role when required
• Excellent client relations and communication skills are desirable

Mansioni

• Sell parts and equipment for FA and industrial machinery, including generators and pneumatic equipment
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients and negotiate new business
• Provide technical support as needed based on product knowledge
• Visit clients at factories or offices for face-to-face meetings and negotiations
• Be prepared for business trips as required
