Job summary

Talent Recruit is representing a trusted supplier in Malaysia's industrial landscape, specialising in pumps, industrial equipment, wiping materials and hygiene products. We are seeking a proactive Sales Executive to build new business and manage key accounts in the Klang Valley.

You will identify opportunities across industrial and commercial sectors, promote products, prepare quotations, and collaborate with technical and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Sales, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of B2B sales experience (industrial or facility solutions preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Possess own vehicle and willing to travel within Klang Valley.
• Remuneration package: Basic + Commission + incentives.
• Working Hours: Mon Fri (0830-1730).

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities across industrial and commercial sectors.
• Promote and demonstrate products (pumps, chemicals, hygiene solutions) to clients.
• Manage existing customer accounts to ensure retention and satisfaction.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and close sales deals.
• Collaborate with the technical, warehouse, and logistics teams for smooth order fulfilment.
• Attend site visits, trade shows, and customer meetings.
• Prepare regular reports and track KPIs using CRM systems.
