Job summary

PERSOL Malaysia is seeking a Sales Executive - B2B, welcoming fresh graduates or those with no sales background who want to start a career in B2B sales for industrial machinery and related parts. The role mainly involves visiting clients at factories or offices, negotiating deals, and building lasting relationships.

The position requires engaging with customers on the full sales cycle, providing technical support, and occasionally traveling for business trips.

• Willingness to travel for this role when required
• Excellent client relations and communication skills are desirable

Responsibilities

• Sell parts and equipment for FA and industrial machinery, including generators and pneumatic equipment

Overall company industry

A trading company responsible for supplying and distributing parts primarily for FA (Factory Automation) machinery and industrial machinery.

Or sells mold plates for automobiles and industrial machinery in Malaysia, sells mold steel, and provides heat treatment services for metal products/Ems products.

Job Description

• Product Sales: The role involves selling parts and equipment for FA (Factory Automation) machinery and industrial machinery. This includes products such as generators, power transmission devices, factory automation systems, pneumatic equipment, material handling systems, and consumable parts.
• Client Relations: Maintaining relationships with existing clients, solving problems, conducting new business negotiations, and providing follow-up after order placement.
• Technical Support: Providing technical support as needed, based on the product knowledge required.
• Visit-Based Sales: Sales activities will mainly involve visiting clients' factories or offices, where direct face-to-face meetings and negotiations will take place. There is the option of direct-to-site visits with no need to return to the office.
