Vinak Wisetech Malaysia SdnBhd is looking for a sales professional to drive revenue growth by managing and expanding customer accounts across electronics, semiconductor, and automation industries. You will develop strategic plans and pursue new business opportunities to build a robust pipeline and close deals.

The role requires fresh graduates or 1 year of industrial B2B sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a customer-first mindset.

Competenze

• Fresh graduates or minimum 1 year proven track record in industrial B2B sales, account management, or business development.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Valid driving license and own transport.
• Team-oriented but independent, with a strong customer‑first mindset.
• Products training & guidance will be provided.

• Drive revenue growth by managing and expanding customer accounts in electronics, semiconductor, and automation sectors.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet sales and profit targets.
• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within the region.
• Build strong pipelines by prospecting, qualifying leads, and converting them into long‑term customers.
• Provide consultative selling, product presentations, and tailored solutions to meet client needs.
• Deliver pre- and post-sales support to maximize customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with key suppliers to ensure competitive offerings.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to capture opportunities ahead of the curve.
