Randstad Malaysia is hiring for a full-cycle B2B sales and consulting role focused on digital microscopes. You will visit factories, demonstrate high-tech equipment on the production floor, and help clients solve technical issues.

Role requires travel to industrial zones, ability to close deals, and comfort with cold calling and demos. Fresh graduates with a degree are welcome; car ownership is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or any field.
• Hardworking and comfortable talking to new people.
• Must own a car and be willing to travel frequently for work.

Responsabilités

• Handle the full sales process: cold calling, setting appointments, live demos, and closing deals.
• Bring demo equipment to factory sites to demonstrate solutions.
• Travel to industrial zones to meet clients and manage your territory.
• Test client applications on-site and propose the right technical hardware solutions.
• Meet with the team regularly to review targets and improve skills.
