Pocket Packaging Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive cum Customer Service professional to join our team in Perai, Penang. This full-time role blends sales development with exceptional customer service to drive revenue and ensure customer satisfaction.

You will manage inquiries from initial contact to ongoing support, build relationships, and identify opportunities to expand business with clients. Strong communication, CRM familiarity, and a results-driven mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• Results-driven with targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
• Fluency in English and Malay; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue and convert new sales opportunities through prospecting, cold calling and networking activities.
• Maintain and nurture existing client relationships to ensure customer retention and repeat business.
• Provide comprehensive product information and quotations to potential and existing customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism, responding promptly and resolving issues effectively.
• Process orders, manage documentation and ensure accurate record-keeping of all transactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and fulfilment of customer requirements.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare sales reports and provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.
• Conduct follow-up calls and visits to strengthen customer relationships and identify upselling opportunities.
