Job summary

ZW Packaging Sdn Bhd in Perai, Penang is seeking a Customer Service professional (Manager/ Executive/ Junior) to deliver exceptional service to clients. The role covers order processing, production coordination, and material planning within a full-time team.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Business Admin, Supply Chain, or related field, with 2–3 years in customer service or sales coordination. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP is preferred, with English and Mandarin a plus.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
2–3 years of working experience in Customer Service, Sales Coordination, or Supply Chain.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Ability to plan materials and manage customer order schedules.
Able to work closely with production, warehouse, and purchasing departments.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Knowledge of ERP or inventory systems will be an added advantage.
Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Maintain professional communication with customers regarding orders, delivery schedules, and product requirements.
Ensure customer requirements are accurately recorded and communicated to relevant departments.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, feedback, or complaints and coordinate internally to resolve issues.
Process customer purchase orders and ensure all order details are correct.
Coordinate with the production team to ensure orders are scheduled and produced according to the customer’s delivery timeline.
Monitor order progress and provide updates to customers when necessary.
Plan ahead and coordinate the purchase of raw materials to ensure sufficient supply for production.
Work closely with the purchasing department to ensure materials are ordered and delivered on time.
Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages that may affect production schedules.
Follow up with the warehouse team to ensure finished goods are prepared and arranged for delivery.
Ensure delivery schedules meet the customer’s requested timeline.
Coordinate with logistics or transport teams for timely shipment.
Maintain accurate records of customer orders, delivery schedules, and inventory requirements.
Prepare reports related to order status, delivery performance, and customer service matters.
