Job summary

Promedictech Sdn. Bhd is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our Johor and Melaka team. This full-time role focuses on identifying opportunities, presenting solutions, and closing deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

You will build long-term client relationships, gather market feedback, and contribute to sales strategy. Willingness to travel within Johor and Melaka and a valid driving license are essential. Competitive base salary with commission.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Representative or similar sales role, preferably 1-3 years in a B2B environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse client groups
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a consultative sales approach
• Self-motivated, organised and results-oriented with strong time management capabilities
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client requirements
• Willingness to travel within the Johor and Melaka region as required for client meetings and business development activities
• Valid driving licence and own transport

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and develop new business opportunities and leads within assigned territories or sectors
• Present and demonstrate products or services to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations tailored to client needs
• Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients
• Conduct regular follow-up activities with prospects and clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions
• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions and team collaborations to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
• Gather market feedback and insights to inform product development and sales strategy
