Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and service management systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their vehicle servicing and repair requirements.
• Schedule service appointments and manage daily workshop operations.
• Prepare service estimates and explain repair recommendations clearly to customers.
• Obtain customer approval for service and repair work.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality completion of jobs.
• Provide regular updates on vehicle repair status and expected completion times.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Recommend additional maintenance services or genuine parts to enhance vehicle performance, reliability, and safety.
• Educate customers on Kia products, services, warranty coverage, and maintenance requirements.
