CS Automotive Group in Penang is seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to be the primary liaison between customers and the Service Department. You will coordinate vehicle servicing, provide professional recommendations, and ensure an outstanding customer experience from check-in to delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Automotive Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in an automotive customer service role is preferred.
• Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
• Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and service management systems.
• Possess a valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service and repair requirements.
• Conduct initial vehicle inspections and prepare repair estimates.
• Explain recommended repairs, maintenance, pricing, and completion timelines.
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely repairs.
• Monitor service progress and keep customers updated throughout the repair process.
• Prepare repair orders, invoices, and maintain accurate service records.
• Process payments, warranty claims, and related service documentation.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve service-related issues professionally.
• Prepare daily and weekly service reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, manufacturer standards, and customer service procedures.
