Job summary
CS Automotive Group in Penang is seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to coordinate vehicle servicing and deliver outstanding after-sales experiences.
The role requires a Diploma or Certificate in Automotive Technology or related field, 2 years of experience, and strong communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and service management systems is preferred. RM1,900–RM2,600 salary with performance incentives and career growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Certificate in Automotive Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and service management systems.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their service needs.
- Conduct initial vehicle inspections and prepare repair estimates.
- Explain repairs, pricing, and timelines to customers.
- Schedule service with technicians and monitor progress.
- Prepare repair orders and invoices; handle payments.
