Qualifications

• Diploma / Certificate in Automotive Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and attend to enquiries regarding vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs.
• Handle customer appointments, vehicle check-ins, and service bookings.
• Understand and identify customers' vehicle concerns, complaints, and service requirements.
• Conduct initial vehicle inspections and record customer-reported issues accurately.
• Explain recommended maintenance, repair services, and replacement of parts to customers.
• Prepare service quotations, repair estimates, and job orders for customers.
• Coordinate closely with technicians and workshop personnel to ensure timely completion of service and repair jobs.
• Monitor vehicle repair progress and provide regular updates to customers.
• Explain completed repair works, service details, and related charges before vehicle delivery.
• Ensure all service documentation, job sheets, and customer records are properly maintained.
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service-related issues professionally.
• Follow up with customers after servicing to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Promote service packages, maintenance programmes, and genuine Chery spare parts where applicable.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction in accordance with Chery service standards.
