Job summary

CARSOME Sdn Bhd is seeking an Assistant Manager, Branch Operations (Automotive) to oversee administrative and operational matters at the Experience Center, reporting to the Branch Manager. You will guide the Branch Support Admin team and collaborate with CARSOME Consultants to ensure orders translate into deliveries.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3-4 years of related experience, and strong Excel/Google Workspace skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Accounting/Finance/Business/Economics.
• 3-4 years of related working experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Workspace.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good problem-solving skills and pay attention to details.
• Ability to multitask and work as a team to support staff and colleagues.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in HP banking industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies and action plans for Branch Operation process improvement.
• Track Customer Orders with Consultants and Branch Support Admins to ensure deliveries.
• Monitor and track In-Processing activities from Loan Applications to Disbursements.
• Train and develop Branch Support Admins to meet TAT & SLA.
• Ensure CMS processes are regulated and performed according to OKR.
• Prepare PR/PO for invoices charged by Panel Vendors to Finance.
• Co-manage custodian of Petty Cash Management for expenses and reimbursements.
• Ensure reports required by Management are produced timely and accurately.
• Involve in other Company activities as assigned.
