Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree or equivalent required; SPM/ O-Level with relevant experience also acceptable.
• 1-2 years of Sales Admin experience in the automotive industry preferred.
• Good communication and teamwork skills; able to liaise with financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Administrative support: act as point of contact for customers on product, order and delivery queries; support sales team.
• Inventory management: manage keys, stock measurement and shop floor assets.
• Documentation support: collect, verify and upload documents; handle cheque/bank transfers and seller transactions.
