Job summary

CARSOME Sdn Bhd is looking for a Branch Support Admin to join our team. You will be the point of contact for customer queries about products, orders and deliveries, and you will support the sales team with administrative tasks.

Key duties include coordinating with external parties, managing documents and payments, and ensuring smooth branch operations. The role requires 1–2 years in Sales Admin within the automotive industry and good communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Requires good communication and teamwork, with experience in sales admin preferred.
• Experience liaising with financial institutions is a plus.
• Certificate/ Diploma or Degree in any field (or SPM/ O-Level) is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with external parties for insurance and ownership transfers.
• Support ground operations and maintain retail and environment outlook.
• Process documents, update RC status, and upload to Drive.
• Handle payments, receipts, and bank transfers; manage petty cash.
• Receive and handover cars from branches and dealer collections.
