CARSOME is seeking an Executive, Business Development to prospect new car dealers (NCD) and drive used car disposal opportunities. You will build relationships, service existing dealers, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver pricing insights and drive revenue.

You should have strong negotiation and communication skills, a willingness to travel, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to implement sales strategies that meet targets.

Qualifikationen

• At least High Secondary, STPM, A-Level, Certificate, Diploma, Degree in any field.
• Minimum 1 year in sales experience and/or good connections within car industry.

Aufgaben

• Contact new car dealers (NCD) interested in used cars disposal.
• Servicing, recruiting new & existing new car dealers to explore business opportunities.
• Perform analysis and provide feedback on used cars pricing requests by new car dealers.
• Assist with car inspection appointments upon dealer requests.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales efficiency and increase revenue.
• Work closely with related departments and adhere to set standards.
• Set sales objectives and action plans to achieve targets.
