We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Human Capital and Talent to support the overall HR function, with a strong focus on talent acquisition, employee engagement, training, employee relations, HR policies, and ISO compliance.
Lead and manage talent acquisition and employee retention activities, including recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
Plan and coordinate employee engagement, training, and development programmes.
Handle employee relations, conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary matters, ensuring appropriate and timely resolution.
Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and processes in accordance with company requirements and applicable employment regulations.
Ensure HR processes and documentation comply with ISO requirements and support internal/external audits.
Work closely with management and department heads on manpower and employee-related matters.
Monitor HR processes and recommend improvements to enhance HR effectiveness.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records using the HRMS/HRIS system.
Supervise and provide guidance to HR team members in the daily execution of HR activities.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5–8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with supervisory experience.
Strong experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, training, and employee relations.
Good knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and Malaysian employment practices.
Hands-on experience with HRMS/HRIS.
Sound knowledge of Malaysian labour laws, employment regulations, and statutory requirements.
Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
Experience with ISO processes, compliance, or internal audits is an added advantage.
Strong leadership and ability to work independently.
