Lead and manage the overall HR function, policies, processes, and initiatives.
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, and workforce planning.
Oversee employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances, and workplace issues.
Manage performance appraisal and talent management processes.
Develop and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Oversee payroll, compensation, benefits, leave, and HR administration.
Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements.
Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, employee handbooks, and documentation.
Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programmes.
Provide HR advice and support to management and department heads.
Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
Lead, coach, and develop the HR team.
Support organisational change and other HR projects as required.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
2 years above of relevant HR experience, preferably with experience in a managerial or senior HR role.
Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment practices and HR regulations.
Hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll, and HR operations.
Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
Mature, responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
