Job summary

Aha Corporation in Malaysia is seeking an IT support professional to provide on-site help for F&B outlets and airport lounges, ensuring POS systems, payment terminals, PCs, printers, and Wi‑Fi run reliably.

You will troubleshoot critical incidents, manage IT tickets with SLA tracking, support Oracle Simphony POS, peripherals, ERP, and reporting integrations, and collaborate with regional teams across Asia Pacific.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT support and operations experience (retail/F&B/hospitality preferred).
• Experience supporting POS, Finance, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform.
• Strong hands-on network and end-user support skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support and escalation for F&B outlets and airport lounges.
• Ensure reliable operation of POS, payment terminals, PCs, printers, Wi‑Fi, and network connectivity.
• Manage IT tickets, SLA performance, and root-cause analysis.
• Support POS systems like Oracle Simphony, including setup and troubleshooting.
• Support peripherals and inventory, ERP, and lounge management systems.
• Assist integrations with payment gateways, e-wallets, and reporting.

• Provide on-site IT support and escalation for F&B outlets and airport lounges.
• Ensure reliable operation of POS, payment terminals, PCs, printers, handheld devices, Wi-Fi, and network connectivity.
• Manage critical incidents such as POS downtime, network issues, and payment failures, including vendor coordination.
• Manage IT tickets, prioritize issues, monitor SLA performance, and perform root-cause analysis.
• Support POS systems, preferably Oracle Simphony, including setup, configuration, updates, and troubleshooting.
• Support POS peripherals such as receipt/kitchen printers, scanners, cash drawers, label printers, and handheld devices.
• Provide support for inventory, ERP, and lounge management systems.
• Support integrations with payment gateways, e-wallets, and reporting systems.

Networking & Cybersecurity

• Provide hands-on support for LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi across multiple outlets.
• Troubleshoot switches, access points, VLANs, DHCP/DNS, and structured cabling.
• Apply basic cybersecurity best practices and ISO 27001 principles to daily IT operations.

Requirement:

• At least 3 years of experience in IT support and operations, preferably in retail, F&B, or hospitality.
• Experience supporting business systems such as POS, Finance, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform.
• Strong hands-on skills in network and end-user support.
• Ability to plan and implement IT solutions aligned with business needs.
• Experience supporting teams and operations across the Asia Pacific region
