Job summary

ROTARY GROUP in Johor Bahru, Malaysia is seeking an IT Support professional to handle day-to-day troubleshooting and support across hardware, software, network, CCTV, and email systems.

You will maintain IT infrastructure, manage user accounts, set up equipment for new hires, and coordinate with external vendors while keeping accurate asset records. If you are proactive with 1–3 years of relevant experience, apply to join our IT team. Relocation to Johor Bahru preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of IT support, admin, or similar role.
• Good knowledge of hardware, software, networking, CCTV, and basic IT security.
• Strong troubleshooting and independent problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and organisational skills, proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, email, printer, CCTV, and system issues.
• Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure including computers, servers, network equipment, CCTV systems, backups, and security tools.
• Manage IT equipment, software installs, user accounts, system access, and IT setup for new, transferred, or resigned employees.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors for support, repairs, maintenance, quotes, and service matters, while maintaining asset records.
• Maintain IT documentation and support system upgrades, improvement projects, and resolution of critical IT incidents as required by Management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.
• Good knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, CCTV, and basic IT security.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle technical issues independently.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills, with a proactive attitude and willingness to support users and IT operations.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
