Job summary

Jora Malaysia is a retail technology company delivering integrated POS and accounting software to retail and F&B brands across Malaysia. We are looking for an IT Support professional to help maintain system reliability and service excellence at client sites in Selangor and beyond.

Based in Puchong, you will install, configure and troubleshoot software and hardware, deliver remote and on-site assistance, and ensure smooth implementations while documenting service standards for ongoing client

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in IT, CS or related field.
• Minimum CGPA 3.00 and above.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Able to communicate well in English, Malay and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Knowledge of Windows OS, hardware and basic networking.
• Independent, responsible and disciplined.
• Willing to be based in Puchong.
• Fresh graduates with strong academic performance are encouraged to apply. High-calibre candidates will be prioritised.
