Job summary

Qualifications

• Semiconductor industry experience is required.
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, and performance management is preferred.
• Sustainability programs or wastewater management experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to communicate complex information to stakeholders and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees and conduct performance evaluations.
• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities and schedules; cross-train staff.
• Consult with clients to understand business needs and develop operational plans.
• Manage multiple clients and serve as a point of contact for projects.
• Oversee sales and relationships with key customers; troubleshoot conflicts.
• Direct project processes: plan, assemble teams, manage timeframes.
• Verify timely delivery of solutions per client needs and contract specifics.
• Define project requirements with internal and client teams; explore approaches.
