Job summary

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of relevant experience required.
• Engineering background preferred.
• Experience in the semiconductor industry is required.
• Experience in staffing, training, development, coaching, and performance management is preferred.
• Sustainability programs and environmental compliance knowledge are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision and coaching to staff; conduct performance evaluations.
• Coordinate and manage daily team activities and schedules; cross-train staff.
• Interact with clients to understand business needs and plan resources.
• Serve as a point of contact for multiple projects and clients.
• Oversee sales relationships with key customers and resolve conflicts.
• Lead project processes: plan, assemble teams, manage timeframes.
• Ensure timely delivery of solutions aligned with client objectives and contracts.
• Define project requirements with internal and client teams; explore approaches.
