Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience; semiconductor industry preferred.
• Experience in staffing, training, development, coaching and performance management.
• Exposure to wastewater management, environmental compliance, or sustainability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees; monitor training and development.
• Coordinate and manage daily team activities; set schedules and deadlines.
• Interact with clients to understand business needs and align resources.
• Oversee sales relationships with key customers; ensure service delivery.
• Lead project processes, develop plans, form teams, manage timeframes.
• Define project requirements with internal and client teams; pursue end results.
